Gail is fully qualified and highly experienced with a solid track record in corporate HR within the oil and cement industries. She has worked in management consultancy within top league consultancies, delivered management training across multiple sectors, project managed large job evaluation and outplacement assignments and for the last 10 years been an executive coach to many senior executives. She has successfully run GB Management Coaching Ltd for over 20 years. She is passionate about helping HR professionals achieve recognition and success and currently specialises in helping HR Managers and Directors become more effective and influential business leaders and partners.

She is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD), Fellow of the Institute of Consulting (FIC), Chartered Management Consultant(CMC), Qualified Business Coach, Accredited Enneagram Practitioner, Master NLP Practitioner, Member of the Institute of Directors, Member of the Association for Coaching. She regularly addresses local branches of the CIPD across the UK.
