Spitzbiz is a very informal, friendly and relaxed business networking event. The only rule is - no heavy duty pitching. We are about building strong, trusted relationships over time, that lead to people doing worthwhile, sustainable and mutually beneficial business together.

Spitzbiz is for anyone who is, or would like to be, doing business in the Spitalfields & Shoreditch area. It's also for people who just like the vibe of the area, enjoy interesting business conversations and learning from top people in their field.

It doesn't matter if your business is small, medium or large; or if you're a start-up or more established.

We always have a 15 minute speaker - someone with something useful and interesting to say, who speaks for a maximum of 15 minutes. This month's speaker is:

World renowned advertising creative Alan Morrice.

Over the last 24 years Alan has worked in the UK's top advertising agencies, creating many world famous advertising campaigns for the world’s best known brands and products - I'm quite certain you would say "Oh! So he did that one!" about many of them.

His advertising has been seen by over 300 million people, and one single TV commercial was viewed by an estimated audience of 38 million.

In early 2013, he shifted his attention to using his skills to help people who run their own businesses to market themselves. He noticed consistent themes about what was holding them back: how to market or advertise themselves, how to get their businesses noticed, how to stand out amongst their competitors.

The solution was simple, package his 24 years of advertising and marketing experience and learning into: 'Stand Out. How to get your business noticed, talked about and famous’.

We meet on the second Monday of each month, usualy in the Water Poet in Folgate Street, and have a wide range of people who attend from the creative industries, professions, digital and online businesses, service providers - almost everyone really. And everybody is welcome.
