A workshop to provide participants with an introduction to strategic planning. Participants will work together to produce outline plans which could be applied to their own growing businesses.

The Workshop will:

• Introduce commonly used strategic planning tools;
• Develop a simple planning framework;
• Enable you to work in groups to formulate examples of strategic plans;
• Discuss on-going use and iteration of strategic plans.

At the end of this workshop you should have a good understanding of how to think about and generate a medium term strategy for your business.
