This is a half day training session with a combination of presentation slides, personal experiences and delegate interaction. The event will be led by Paul Delahunty, who is an accredited trainer with twelve years experience in fund raising in the SME sector.

This session covers the legal issues of the investment process and will enable participants to understand the key legal points of an investment. The individual documents, such as NDAs, exclusivity agreements, term sheets and shareholder agreements, together with their inter-relationship and the need for a “joined up” approach, are covered in detail.
