The session covers governance issues, the different types and roles of boards and how a Business Angel can take influence on a company and therefore manage the investment.

The training also aims to create an understanding of the importance of exit routes, discusses the characteristics of the forms of exit and puts emphasis on the preparation of an exit and running actions and how they can be improved.

The session will be taken by Paul Delahunty, an accredited trainer, with a guest speaker with experience in the topic.
