Professor Curto works as independent IT industry analyst with strong enterprise research and consulting experience. His expertise comprises Business Intelligence, Business Analytics and Big Data technologies, methodologies and strategies and how they can be applied to solve business problems, improve decision-making and create data products. He complements his professional career with a passion for high education being professor at IE Business School, Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC), U-tad and Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles (IEB). He is author of many articles, academic notes and books related to his professional expertise. His know-how is the result of developing consultancy and research projects for multiples industries (from Retail to Finance). His interests focus on the adoption, implementation and use of Business Analytics and Big Data systems and their impact on organizations in any industry, process, people and innovation.
