The Outreach, Recruitment and Retention Institutes are a compliant use of Tittle I funds, allocated for professional development and parental involvement, and other state and federal funds reserved for school improvement and/or parental involvement.

Outreach, Recruitment and Retention Institute 

This four hour Institute will focus on helping school district and organizational staff learn about research based strategies and best practices that engages staff in authentic and meaningful ways to:

* The importance of building a team

* Planning and implementation strategies

* Developing communication tools

* Tracking results

* Debriefing/reflecting

All Families In Schools trainings include the following:

   Ready-to-use tools with handouts available in electronic format for customization

   Content-rich learning, delivered in a parent-friendly format

   Interactive lesson demonstration/modeling

   District/school-specific student achievement date

   Culturally relevant materials
