What does the Alumni Weekend consist of and what is included in the price?
The Alumni Weekend has been designed to provide participants with 2 types of ticketing options:
The objective of the IE Alumni Weekend Dubai is to maximize our time together and take advantage of all the exciting activities planned over the course of these two days to network and reconnect.
Is there a registration deadline?
Tickets will be available for sale until Monday, February 29th, however tickets bought before the 30th January will be at reduced price, so we encourage you to purchase your tickets early.
Are tickets refundable?
Yes, you can get a 100% refund before February 25th. After February 25th, we regret that we can not issue any refunds.
May I bring a partner or direct family member to the whole event?
Yes and we offer special a 20% discount on the Early Bird Special and the Full Price if you purchase two tickets.
Dress code for the weekend?
Business casual for the Conferences, smart casual for the Alumni Welcome Reception and Black Tie for Gala Dinner

Do I make my own travel arrangements to attend the conference?
Yes. Each participant is responsible for making their own hotel and travel arrangements. However, we have ensured that all IE Alumni Weekend participants will have first class services when working with the following Local Travel Agency: Sharaf Travel
