White label clients do not pay any ticketing commission. Clients using pickevent.com solution (non-branded version) will be charged £2.5% plus 30p per ticket.
Credit card processing fee is 2.9% plus 30p per ticket via Stripe. Contact us if you would like a different payment gateway such as PayPal or others.
